Avi2mpg.zip (FREE - 119K) This program will allow you to compress uncompressed AVI files into much smaller MPEG files.  This file format yields up to 14:1 compression (650MB AVI = Approx. 46MB MPEG)

Videdit.zip (FREE - 617K) This software will allow you to capture, cut, copy, paste, and edit your  video clips, and still (clipboard) images.

RBCap (FREE - 1.6MB) A high performance, full featured Video Capture application designed for Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0.
